About Us
HSEC Solutions was founded by Erdal Çebi, who brings over 35 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors. Starting his career in mechanical engineering, Çebi has contributed to numerous large-scale projects ranging from thermal power plants and refineries to natural gas combined-cycle power plants and petrochemical facilities. His work in Türkiye and abroad encompasses not only engineering, but also project management, site coordination, and occupational safety expertise.
Built on this extensive foundation, HSEC Solutions provides more than technical solutions. We offer comprehensive consultancy services that emphasize sustainability, safety, and compliance with international standards. Our goal is to ensure that every project is successfully completed—from the initial concept phase to full-scale operation.
Throughout more than 35 years of on-site experience, Erdal Çebi has led and collaborated with hundreds of engineers, technicians, and specialists—aligning diverse disciplines toward a common goal.
Over the course of his career, he has managed major projects both in Türkiye and internationally, taking on critical responsibilities from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases to commissioning operations.
